Our staff is comprised of professional chef instructors with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience and who have held the title of Executive Chef. We believe this as well as our small class size (20 students to 1 instructor) and ample amount of kitchen time to perfect and practice skills lead to a quality education experience for our students. The Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program comprises of five major blocks ~ each block spans a three-month period (quarter year system). Chefs School set of courses is fashioned so that new students may start every six months. With our small classes and the individual attention that our instructors can give, students never feel overwhelmed. From the first day of class students are introduced to a commercial kitchen and recipes that reflect the commercial industry. Students also have real experience in the industry through a 400-hour externship completed while in school or shortly thereafter. There are two intakes, one in November and one in June.Find Out More
